These 3 Mistakes Bajan Your Motivation


One of the main reasons why many of the goals that you end up in dead plant output is the motivation.

The routine, daily living repeating actions over and over again as if you were a machine, it makes keeping up your motivation be a constant struggle.

Falling into the lack of motivation is a real danger because you run the risk of losing sight of the new possibilities that can be opened in your way every day, for blindness caused by this state of mind really unproductive.

That is why you must be very attentive not only to the internal dialogue that runs through your head all day, but also to those indicators that show you that your motivation is going down, as the feeling with unwillingness and reluctance .

ERROR 1: Stay in the routine.

To achieve the goals that are consistent with your true self, not sufficient to perform the same actions over and over again. You must be willing to think for yourself to create the reality that matches your dreams your essence and genuine.

ERROR 2: Focusing only on the negative.

When you go through a stressful situation in your life, you can always see both the negative and positive side of it. By focusing only on the negative side of situations, causes a decrease in your motivation.

Know that there is always something you can learn from the obstacles that come your way and the next time you find them, if you prepare responsibly, you know perform better. There is always an opportunity behind every problem, a lesson you need to learn to climb another step in your evolution as a human being.

Life is a constant learning path and do not forget, no matter how many times you feel down, but more important is how many times you get up to go with my head held high honor your life.

ERROR 3: Do not know what gives you the bottom of your heart.
