Causes of Infertility Factors That Cause Infertility Stress-Part II

In a previous article we discuss the introduction for all those factors that are linked to stress and represent some of the causes of infertility in men as in women. Therefore complementary address some other points.

Treatments and drugs:

The intake of drugs, injections, inseminations, scans and in some cases surgery is painful and very embarrassing for the couple. All these procedures are very uncomfortable, this adds a very high level of anxiety for women and men.

Some drugs have large doses of hormones that ultimately affect our mood, unfortunately this creates problems impacting our partners including, ironically, the continuity of sex.

The wait:

Behind every effort is hope, if we submit to treatment have to wait, the same query to the doctor for the results of the last analysis, this involves waiting, the day we make eternal, the consequence is the increased anxiety and we get stressed even more.

Work:

As our friends and family labor as such can impact positively or negatively. Our colleagues can be of great support for us. Moreover, the work itself may limit the process to pregnancy more easily. We mean that if you handle heavy work schedules, or very strenuous activity, when you get home simply will not be eager to have sex with your partner, sex should not compete with fatigue.

Final recommendations:

It is impossible to control 100% the circumstances (the causes of infertility) that surround us, what we can do is determine how much we let ourselves be influenced by these situations, remember that before finding out about their infertility problems also had a life, which should seek to live to the fullest, explore all its potential to cope with their infertility, support as a couple and the family is very important to cope, to take a positive stance and learn in the process.
