Analysis of Transaction
or in other words: The ability to recognize different personalities and get to the real person behind.
Again and again my friends ask me: "Peter, you speak often of your books, you've written for your exam in college. Can we also read these books?"
Well ... these books are written in German. But to my Spanish friends, I will begin to translate the most important issues.
We started with this theme: "The states different from the" Ego "
On each occasion when different people come together, we can observe how the behavior of these changes, within a single conservation. The transaction starts right now ... we want to analyze.
This is lafórmula for that: Transaction = Action + Reaction
Therefore: All we say (action) --- causes a reaction with the person who hears these words (reaction). A specialist could get a reaction with pointed words he has designed before. This would be pure manipulation of a person.
A better understanding, here's an example: We come to a club .... an exclusive club, a doorman who screen people very accurately, before the entry. Now provoke a reaction, with an effect even before we know .... We do this with the following words: "Hey guys .... how .... sorry for you if you had our format, you could also inside ..... party and you would have to be here the watchdog." We do not need much imagination to suspect the reaction. The goalkeeper will not be our best friend, after the words ... safe!
This is the system of the transaction - and it works naturally in many other occasions. If we use the right words, we can project before each reaction. Then this is the perfect handling for us. The affected person will not notice at all that she was manipulated .... she is too busy with emotional attacks.

There are three basic models of ego:

Here are the answers:
for 1. = A specialist of the transaction, the communication form according to their wishes without that person looks at the manipulation. This brings the total success.
for 2. = You have to learn how to use a piano ... there are special courses.
for 3. = As differently as people, are so differently reactions.
for 4. = The man always used several variations specialized ... different emotions are incited so - but all with the same goal.
For 5. = This will occur only rarely if emotions were activated properly. Because the other person is too busy with his own emotions. If it happens though: laugh and then just treated it all as a joke ..... incredible, but this really helps. It must be said that something was done wrong. A new strategy (encouraging words) should be used to have success later.
It all appears to us as a game ......
Yes, it's a game ... is the game of our lives ... it is quite the same if we understand the transaction or not .... in each communication with one another our emotions are influenced, often without any control. But here we controlled the effect of emotions and feelings ... controlled the leadership of a person, just words. Naturally these skills must be learned and be trained. Because, nothing comes nothing.
But the possibilities are amazing ..... and people with this training are much questions ... these are the directors of the future.
