Pay Per Click is Dying - Pay Per Visitor is the choice of tomorrow
You're a smart Internet marketing that has been laboriously adding AdSense ads to all pages of the site, hoping that a small percentage of your visitors will click and make money? Perhaps you include a banner of affiliation and some advertising for their products too.
AdSense and affiliate sales have been and are still popular and many people say that they do good for their livelihoods. I sold other people's stuff online since 1998 and have generated thousands of dollars of income. My AdSense account has a regular income, but nothing to rave about.
For those who may not be familiar with AdSense, it is a Google program where you put Google ads in line with the topic pages on your site and when users click on them, you earn income Pay Per Click.
Unfortunately, we Internet marketers can not set an income stream and sit back and wait for it to continue to earn profit from day to day. If anything, the economic law of diminishing returns suggests that eventually we will reach a peak of income and our income starts to decline. When there are millions of html pages in cyberspace with AdSense ads, the total number of clicks is distributed between a larger number of AdSense and then, many people have a little 'income, rather than a few people get a huge income. (There are exceptions)
So what's the solution?
The solution is to diversify and to be an early adopter of new technologies and methods. With diversification you can have some little certainty that, while some income generating activities are running bad, others will keep us going. With the adoption of new technologies, you get in early on the first wave of interest from consumers. In some cases, that uses a multi-level marketing (unlike AdSense), you can set a comfortable residual income that continues to flow well after the trend has become obsolete or less popular.
The marketing technique called emerging Pay Per Page (PPP) is an interesting trend of the future and change the Pay Per Click, which requires a conscious action on behalf of a visitor to the site. With PPP have only to visit a page for five seconds for site owners to earn money.
How does it work? Simple, website owners place a piece of JavaScript on their pages, and when someone visits a five-second announcement occurs Audio. Audio is heard only once by a visitor. Unlike PPC, PPP does not require a visitor to do something. A commission is paid for every visitor. Can you see how this method is superior to the PPC, where only a small percentage of people who visit click on an advertisement?
Another distinct advantage for the first is that this program, starting early, has a multi-tier payment structure in which adopters may also receive a commission on the basis of what their sign-up gain. Like all multi-level-marketing programs, if you get in on the ground floor, work hard to enroll a few hundred people, you can generate a healthy income. There are literally thousands of examples that point to the success of this type of business model.
Needless to say this evolving model will eventually succumb to the laws of diminishing returns too, but those of us who are early adopters will have a pleasant period of high earnings until the next whiz-bang marketing method arrives.
