Typical Sweet Christmas, panettone, Made With Thermomix
Many years ago I discovered the recipe for Panettone, by an Italian friend. Today it is a recipe known internationally, that sweetens homes around the world for Christmas. That is why we could not miss from our selection of Christmas recipes. In this case we make this recipe with Thermomix.
Panettone Ingredients:
To make the ferment:
40 grams of yeast azúcar.2 fresca.1cda tbsp. of harina.4 tbsp. of warm water.
To make the dough:
600 gr. harina.50 ml. of leche.100 ml. of agua.160 azúcar.150 gr. huevos.1 pomada.3 tsp butter. of sal.1 tbsp. azahar.ralladura water limón.200 orange and gr. candied fruit and fruit secos.50 gr. of chocolate chips.
To make the ferment: completely dissolve yeast in warm water, add the sugar and flour mix it all well and cover with film, let it ferment for 15 to 20 minutes.
To make the dough: Put the milk and water with sugar, temperature 37 ° and speed 2 for 1 minute, add the flour and mix at speed 6 for a few seconds, add the yeast and knead 2 minutes at speed Spike, stop the machine and incorporate the butter, beaten eggs with salt, orange blossom water and orange and lemon zest. We continue kneading for 3 more minutes, stop the Thermomix and include fruit and chocolate, we Tang speed to knead a few more seconds to mix, pour the batter into the mold (previously greased with butter over the surface) and let it grow from 40 to 50 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 °, went down to 180 degrees, and put in oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
