Philosophy and Humanities Current
Carlos Mora Vanegas
For those who still remain on this planet, in order to fulfill our mission to know us better, we can not stop philosophizing, especially if we take into account the statements of Dr. Rphrmoser at the University of Cologne, when he says: the Universal Tomorrow will be an emancipated society, which through the art and science will eventually prevail also in a universal and purpose, homogeneous conditions of life for all cultures, all peoples of all classes and races.
It is worth recalling the contributions of Plato to Hegel, when they emphasize that there will be a loss of the traditional idea that mankind is man's own capacity for transcendence.
This impulse to transcendence intrinsic to man, means that man is not made in his being, when it understands itself as a purely natural fact, transcends its determination overlooking installed on the right. In the Nietzschean doctrine of the last man does not want to indicate at the bottom nothing but the threat of man by the loss of capacity for transcendence. The last man has according to Nietzsche, a tiny pleasure during the day, another at night, have invented happiness, and, moreover, is now only able to blink.
To the distinguished professor Rohrmoser, the prognosis is present in the moment when the man disappears in the process of production and consumption model imagined by a circulatory blood flow. The other thing is not that the point of transition from production to consumption and from consumption to production. The whole problem of leisure or free time in this structure has its taproot, because in this circulatory process from production to consumption and vice versa, freedom produced by the company retains the man caught in that process. So the dialectic of the interesting and boredom, inevitably belongs to the presuppositions of prefabricated by the company.
It is important to ponder what Dr. Rohrmoser we add, that the problem of humanity must be posed as a question about where subjectivities are free and that the concept of freedom, whose own subjectivity, must be determined in such a way that disunity can not be taken as a denial, but as the very condition of being. Acceptance of the disunity between subjectivity and technological society developed assumes that dialectic must not be taken, but it must be kept fluid. The full realization of emancipation is only possible acosta of a subjectivity that forgets itself and regulate itself .- A form, developed so far, a formal Humanity are other figures in a concept of freedom, which only today it is still possible ...
I think, that this analysis can not pass unnoticed by the legacy of concerns expressed by the late French philosopher Sartre, when he says: Man is the being of permanent crisis, is the Self that must necessarily fail
In one of his works of Sartre, Being a man, they say, is a useless passion.
Why really, why reflection on the relationship between humanity and the current structures of industrial society, has to drive in Taylor's thesis that man is a useless passion?. No doubt that man has to be defined as an object Sastre useless passion, because in this way express denial of a possible definition of the essence of man, thus man is understood within the Sartre's philosophy as the draft itself. Man is the Self that is sketched himself, it does not get himself.
However, Herbert Marcuse, came to renew the proposition of the creation of a homo novae: that is, on the one hand retains the emancipatory outline the understanding of humanity, but on the other hand, the qualitative changes in their budgets. The culmination program of emancipation through the revolution comes to score in the acute stage fr a critical self-suppression.
Consider that the emancipated society is the society of progress, in that it produces itself the conditions for humanity. But by attaching itself through its own emancipatory theory falls into a radical confusion of herself as a function with the self-regarding end. That is why this society itself needs to be clarified, because it takes what is intended to function only.
